Patrick Wiesner is the owner of Wiesner & Frackowiak, LC in Kansas. He is also a CPA. He has been a lawyer for over 22 years. His focus is solving tax problems through practice before the IRS or with bankruptcy. Patrick grew up in Ellis Kansas. He has two grown children, Frank and Stephanie. In 2014, he retired from the US Army Reserves after 21 years of military service.

Gary has been an attorney since 2009, and is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Kansas. He has resided in Kansas City, Missouri since 1992. Gary attended The University of Missouri – Kansas City for both his undergraduate and law school studies. Gary has limited his practice to focus on bankruptcy law.

Gail is a paralegal and office manager for Wiesner & Frackowiak, LC in Kansas. She joined the firm in 2006. In her 23 years of paralegal related work, 12 have been in bankruptcy. She is a graduate of Johnson County Community College. Gail and her husband have three grown sons. Her hobbies are sewing and reading. She is originally from Massachusetts and has lived in Kansas for over 30 years.

Barbara was born in Omaha, NE and grew up in the Kansas City area. She attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO. Barbara and her husband have two children in college. In her free time, she enjoys honing her photography skills, documenting life through pictures, scrapbooking, traveling, cooking, exercising, and yoga.
Barbara has been with Wiesner & Frackowiak, LC in Kansas for four years. Her responsibilities are, first and foremost, to assist clients who call or come in the office. She handles incoming phone calls, appointment scheduling, case payment, and client intake paperwork. She reviews paperwork for case preparation and routinely works with the court Trustees and opposing counsel regarding client inquiries or research.

Valorie Turner graduated from Missouri State University in 1992 with a B.S. in environmental sciences and a minor in business. In 1997 she began working as a legal assistant in a local firm specializing in bankruptcy. Valorie joined Wiesner & Frackowiak, LC in Kansas in 2012. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. On her time off she can be found camping and canoeing, reading, or taking in a good movie or play.
